Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. At this stage you can change order quantities - or delete items if you change your mind - then if you are satisfied with your selection click on 'Confirm'. If you have finished ordering then click on 'Checkout' and complete the appropriate boxes for despatch /payment details.
Sorry but we no longer accept cheques or your payment card details by phone, fax or e-mail, (To prevent fraudulent use of cards) however we offer a simple way to pay on-line.........
.....We accept secure on-line payment through 'PayPal' or 'SagePay' - Most cards including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, EuroCard and Visa Delta & Maestro are accepted and it is not a requirement to have an account with PayPal or SagePay. Prices quoted are in GB Pounds Sterling with selection options for Euro or US Dollars

Shipping And Handling
We have a minimum carriage charge of £2.99 (excl. VAT) on all orders, to cover the cost of packaging materials, administration and postage. Postage is charged at cost according to package weight, destination and your choice of service. If time is of the essence we recommend you choose a tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or ParcelForce.

Where we feel it is appropriate we may send goods by a premium service and request additional payment to cover applied charges.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away and UK customers should receive the goods within 3 business days unless 'Special Delivery' or ParcelForce24 service has been selected (offers max compensation of £500 for loss or damage and guarantees delivery to most areas of the UK by 1p.m. on the next working day - for orders rec'd before 1.00 p.m. on Mon/Tue/Wed or Thur).
International orders are generally received in under 30 days with European customers receiving goods within a week usually.
For UK customers, the regular 1st Class post service is NOT INSURED or trackable and goods are sent at YOUR RISK. If your order value is over £35.00 we recommend Special Delivery or ParcelForce for bulky packages.
European customers, ordering by International Standard Mail service, are also NOT INSURED or trackable and goods are despatched at YOUR RISK, so if your order value is over £35.00 sterling we recommend the use of Royal Mail International Tracked.
Where we feel it is appropriate we may send goods by a premium service and request additional payment to cover applied charges.

Changes to Special Delivery Guaranteed
Due to increased absence levels, we've reviewed our timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm services and will make the following changes.

For items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards, their guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm the next working day*.
*existing postcode exceptions apply

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you if there is an early prospect of new stock becoming available. If you wish to cancel a back-order please contact our customer services.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20.0% VAT is added (unless you are VAT registered, in which case you should select the exempt button and input your VAT Number).
All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to ensure that VAT is not charged.

Credit Card Security
All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software, when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach 'SagePay' or 'PayPal' and the security solutions have been endorsed by leading global banks. Card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction.
Should any item fail to give satisfaction, please return it WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT and we will then refund the full amount for any goods returned, providing they are IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THEY WERE DESPATCHED BY US. Goods returned outside the 7-day period may be subjected to a re-stock charge of 20%. We regret we cannot accept books for return so please ensure the title ordered is the one you require. Carriage on your order is not refundable.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy
If any item proves to be unsuitable we will replace or credit (Free of charge) the full value of the products, as appropriate if advised within 7-days of receipt. Products are guaranteed as per manufacturers terms or in accordance with normal legal requirements and we will rectify/exchange/credit (% may be deducted for wear & tear) as appropriate. (For items which are NOT FAULTY, return carriage will have to be paid by the customer). Products returned later than14 days after the date of invoice - if not faulty - will be subject to a re-stocking charge (currently 20%). If returns result in the retained quantity not qualifying for a quantity discount then the credit will be calculated so that the higher price applies to the retained items.
