Otodus Obliquus, average 2cms, from Morocco (Pack of 50)

Ref: FossilSharkTeeth

Bulk pack of fossilized teeth, type Otodus Obliquus, from Khourigba in Morocco.
Vertebrate fossils, amongst which are fishes, are rarely found complete and identification is often based on isolated bones or teeth.
The medium sized shark, from which this tooth (Otodus Obliquus) originates, is characterised by the large point (with no serrations) and adjacent small side points. These sharks were predominantly of the geologically 'recent' Cenozoic era (2 to 70 million years old!).
Shark's Teeth are found in locations all over the world.
