Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. At this stage you can change order quantities -or delete items if you change your mind- then if you are satisfied with your selection click on 'Confirm'. If you have finished ordering then click on 'Checkout' and complete the appropriate boxes for despatch /payment details. You can send us a cheque or provide your payment card details by phone, fax or e-mail, however the simplest way is to pay on-line......... .....Trade accounts get an extra 2% discout for payment within 7 days or standard 28 day credit terms. Shipping And Handling CARRIAGE: Carriage charges shown on this web site have been calculated on an average weight basis and will vary according to the order content, method of despatch chosen and the destination. To view the carriage charges for different despatch options proceed to checkout from your shopping cart and then select the option required. Please note that for UK customers the regular 1st Class post service is NOT INSURED or trackable and goods are sent at YOUR RISK. Overseas customers ordering by Air Mail or Small Packet service are also NOT INSURED or trackable and are despatched at YOUR RISK.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away and UK customers should receive the goods within 3 business days unless 'Special Delivery' service has been selected (offers max compensation of £500 for loss or damage and guarantees delivery to most areas of the UK by 1p.m. on the next working day). International orders are generally received in under 30 days with European customers receiving goods within a week usually. Please note that for UK customers the regular 1st Class post service is NOT INSURED or trackable and goods are sent at YOUR RISK. Overseas customers ordering by Air Mail or Small Packet service are also NOT INSURED or trackable and are despatched at YOUR RISK.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added (Unless you are VAT registered in which case you should select the exempt button and input your VAT Number). All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software, when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach 'WorldPay' or 'PayPal' and the security solutions have been endorsed by NatWest and other leading global banks. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Should any item fail to give satisfaction, please return it WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT and we will then refund the full amount for any goods returned, providing they are IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THEY WERE DESPATCHED BY US. We regret we cannot accept books for return so please ensure the title ordered is the one you require. Carriage on your order is not refundable.

Returns Policy If any item proves to be unsuitable we will replace or credit (Free of charge) as appropriate if advised within 7-days of receipt.
