GRIT/POLISH PACK (Beginners)

Comprising one 200gm pot of each of the three primary abrasives (80 grit, 220 grit & 400 grit) and one 150gm pot of Cerium Oxide polish.
This is an ideal pack for beginners and contains everything required for about 6 months of use in our small tumble-polishers. The pots are security sealed and can be safely used to store the grit and polish thus minimising the risk of contamination.

HILPOL, Cerium Oxide Polish (150gms)

Ref: 17-070

HILPOL Cerium Oxide (also known as Regipol) is the finest general purpose polishing powder available, sealed in plastic drums. Cerium Oxide is the polish most commonly used in tumble-polishing: particularly for harder stones like agate and quartz.
For cabbing, use cerium oxide on leather.

TIN OXIDE POLISH (100gms)

Ref: 17-072

Preferred by some lapidaries for certain stones. Packed as for Cerium Oxide. This is pure Tin Oxide and not a white oxide mixture.
Best used on a felt pad for cabbing softer stones or on a tin lap for faceting.
